Notification of damage / pick-up order

We make the claims reporting process as simple as possible for you. Please use the form provided or one of the other contact options on our contact page to report the damage to us. If there is externally visible damage, you can also send us a picture.

Another convenient option is to place a pick-up order with us directly. During the repair time of your defective endoscope, you have the option of using our loan device service to bridge the downtime of your device.

Analysis

As soon as we receive your defective endoscope, we carry out a thorough damage analysis in which various checkpoints are checked. This gives us a comprehensive overview of the condition and existing malfunctions. In some cases, partial disassembly may be necessary during the damage analysis in order to identify possible faults.

Occasionally, we carry out on-site analyses at your practice or hospital. This service is limited to a radius of 250km!

Cost estimate

After analyzing the damage, we will send you a detailed, non-binding and, above all, free quote within 24 hours. Of course, we will also answer all your questions about the repair.

If it turns out during the damage analysis that an endoscope repair would be uneconomical, we will send you a repair exchange offer. In this way, we want to ensure that you receive the best solution for your endoscope, be it by repairing or replacing the device.

Release declaration

After receiving the cost estimate, the next decisive step is your written approval. This automatically instructs us to carry out the repair as quickly as possible.

The written approval can be sent by e-mail, fax or on the form provided by us. As soon as we have received your approval, we will start the repair immediately.

Repair

After receiving written approval of the cost estimate, our qualified technicians will immediately start repairing your endoscope. We only use high-quality and approved spare parts to guarantee the quality after the repair.

To ensure that you can work without any problems during the repair time, we offer you a loan device subject to availability. This service is free of charge for you and you only pay the shipping costs.

Our technicians work efficiently and carefully to complete the repair as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. Meanwhile, we will keep you updated on the progress of the repair and inform you of expected completion dates.

Outgoing inspection

Once your endoscope has been successfully repaired, we subject it to a thorough and careful final inspection to ensure that it meets the highest quality standards. The detailed inspection result is attached to your endoscope so that you receive a comprehensive overview of the work carried out. The result is also recorded in our archive.

This guarantee covers all defects we have repaired and gives you the assurance that we stand behind our work.

Return Shipping

Once the repair is complete, we ensure that your endoscope is returned to your practice or hospital quickly. Once again, we use express shipping to ensure that your device is ready for use again as quickly as possible.

Once your repaired endoscope has arrived, we will arrange a collection order with the courier service to return any loaned endoscopes. In this way, we can ensure that you can check your device before the next use without any time pressure after the endoscope repair.
