Endoscope repair procedure
step 01
Notification of damage / pick-up order
Place a collection order directly or use the various options for contacting us to report the damage. If the damage is visible, we recommend that you send us a photo.
During the repair, you can make use of our loan appliance service to bridge any downtime.

Analysis
Upon receipt of your defective endoscope, we carry out a detailed damage analysis, during which we check various checkpoints to determine the condition and faults. In some cases, partial disassembly may be necessary to identify all malfunctions.

Cost estimate
After analysing the damage, you will receive a free, detailed and non-binding cost estimate within 24 hours. In addition, we will of course answer all your questions about the repair.

Release declaration
After receiving the cost estimate, we need your written authorisation to carry out the repair as quickly as possible. This can be done by e-mail or fax.

Repair
After your written approval, our technicians will start repairing your endoscope as soon as possible. During the repair, we offer you a free loan device, subject to availability. If you use a loaner device, you will only incur shipping costs!
We will keep you up to date on the progress and inform you of the expected completion date. We are always available to answer any questions you may have and will endeavour to exceed your expectations.

Outgoing inspection
After successful repair, we subject your endoscope to a thorough final inspection to ensure the highest quality standards. The detailed results of the inspection are sent to you together with the device and documented in our archive.
We offer a comprehensive six-month guarantee on the repair, which covers all repaired defects, as we are confident in our work.

Return Shipping
Once the repair has been completed, we will send your endoscope back immediately by express delivery so that it is ready for use again quickly. As soon as it arrives, we will organise the return of any loan endoscopes in consultation with you so that you have sufficient time to test your repaired device before the next use.
