Notification of damage / collection order

Use our form or the various options that we offer you on our contact page to report the damage to us. If there is any externally visible damage, you can also send us a picture.

Alternatively, you can directly pass a pick-up order. Take your chances on our service for loan devices during the repair-related downtime of your defective endoscope!

Analysis

After the arrival of your defective endoscope, we carry out a detailed damage analysis based on various checkpoints in order to get an overview of the condition and the existing malfunctions. Due to faults a partial disassembly during the damage analysis may be necessary. In suitable cases, we will carry out an on-site analysis in your doctor’s office or hospital. However, the on-site service is limited to a radius of 250km!

Cost estimate

You will receive a detailed and free of charge cost estimate from us within 24 hours of the analysis – non-binding of course. Of course, we will also answer all your questions about repairs. If the repair turns out to be uneconomical while analysing, you will receive a repair exchange offer from us!

Release declaration

This is followed by the most important step for you – the written approval of the cost estimate. With this approval, you automatically instruct us to carry out the repair for you as quickly as possible.

Repair

Once you have approved the cost estimate in writing, our qualified technicians will begin to repair your endoscope. We replace faulty parts with high-quality and approved spare parts to ensure high quality after the repair. During the repair period, we provide a loaner unit subject to availability. This service is free of charge for you; you only pay for shipping! In suitable cases, the damage will be repaired directly in your doctor’s office or hospital. This on-site repair service is limited to a radius of 250km, but is carried out directly after the analysis, if possible – it couldn’t be quicker!

Outgoing inspection

After successful repair, we carry out an intensive and meticulous initial inspection to ensure the best possible quality for your endoscope. We enclose the inspection result with your endoscope and also add it to our archive. You receive a six-month warranty on the repair carried out by us!

Return Shipping

Any return shipment to your doctor’s office or hospital will again be made by express delivery so that your device can be returned to use as quickly as possible. Once your repaired endoscope arrives, we will arrange for a collection order with the courier service to return any loan endoscopes. This way we can ensure that after the endoscope repair you can check your device without time pressure before the next use.
