The EPK-i7000 is a state-of-the-art video processor that delivers razor-sharp and clear images thanks to its powerful HD platform. The i-Scan technology can improve the detection and characterization of lesions. HD image processing provides enhanced, detailed live and recorded video. The controlled modification of HD white light images per pixel improves the texture of the mucosal surface and the visualization of blood vessels in three algorithms: SE, CE and TE. The user can seamlessly switch between the three i-Scan modes and the white light image in real time to display several aspects of the tissue structure, which can improve the detection and characterization of diseases.
